Abandoned factories and stuff in the Bayview

I was taking a ride on the Caltrain when I noticed a sweet-ass abandoned factory (thanks to its graffitti) at 3rd and Carroll Streets. I went to check it out yesterday but the huge fence with concertina wire scared me pretty good. Better bring wire cutters next time.

Then on my way back to 24ths street, along Paul Ave I saw a gigantic abandoned old building, adjacent to the self storage place which borders Bay Shore Avenue. There was a barbed wire fence but i am sure there is a way in...

Who's been to these places? They're sweet looking. What a rad area....
